About

SELRA.org is the public home for the SELRA research program.

SELRA means Selection and Economic-Lifecycle Realization Architecture. The site is intended to make selected public-facing concepts, maps, and practical notes easier to inspect as the program develops.

Program orientation

The center of the site is SELRA: a research program and applied framework concerned with reducing lifecycle capital-allocation losses in energy-resource efficiency projects.

Founder and principal researcher

SELRA was founded by Sergey Kyunttsel, PhD, who leads the program as its principal researcher. He is an independent researcher and practitioner in industrial energy-resource investment, based in New York, NY.
